Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Meal Planner - Plan4Meals mobile application ("App"), operated by Joana Lima Dourado ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Google Play Purchases

All purchases and subscriptions for Meal Planner - Plan4Meals are processed through the Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

• Google Play automatically provides refunds for purchases made within 48 hours of the transaction.
• After 48 hours, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.

2. Subscriptions

Meal Planner - Plan4Meals offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Please note:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the paid period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a purchase made through Google Play:

• Visit Google Play Order History.
• Find the purchase and select "Request a refund".
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Exceptions

We are unable to process refunds directly. All refund decisions are made by Google Play in accordance with their policies. We do not offer refunds outside of Google Play's standard refund process.
